We do not guarantee eligibility, coverage approval, or specific pricing.

4. No Insurance Guarantee. Submitting information does not guarantee: Enrollment in a plan; Eligibility for subsidies; Approval by any insurance carrier. All coverage decisions are made by the insurance carriers or government Marketplace.

5. User Responsibilities. You agree to: Provide accurate and complete information; Update information as needed; Use services only for lawful purposes. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of services.

6. ACA & CMS Compliance. When assisting with Marketplace plans: You authorize us to access and assist with your application; We only use your information for permitted Marketplace purposes. You may revoke authorization at any time by contacting us.

7. Intellectual Property. All content, branding, and materials are the property of Kind Insurance Group, Inc. and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law: We are not liable for decisions made by insurance carriers; We are not responsible for coverage gaps or claim denials; Our services are provided “as is” without warranties.

9. Third-Party Services. We may connect you with third-party carriers or partners. We are not responsible for their actions, policies, or services.

10. Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Kind Insurance Group, Inc. which may include: Insurance quotes and plan options; Application status updates; Policy servicing notifications; Appointment reminders; Marketing messages (only if consent is provided).

2. Opt-In Consent. By providing your phone number and submitting a form, you give express written consent to receive text messages from Kind Insurance Group, Inc. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

3. Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction, but typically includes: Follow-ups on quotes or applications; Customer service communications; Occasional promotional messages (if opted in).
